No. I'm not dead and I haven't forgotten about this blog.
I just have an impacted wisdom tooth finally deciding to push it's way upward from my jaw.
And it hurts like hell.
I'll be back with the other part of the Fractured Fairy tale when I'm able.
Probably after I wake up after beating my mouth apart with a hammer.
:(
ReplyDeleteGood luck! Maybe they'll give you something for the pain. Then you can tough it out for the time being and save that stuff for when you feel better!
What DID cavewomen do in the days before they invented dentists? Good luck with that tooth, Michelle. I guess you're in for a flashback of what you went through as a toddler.
ReplyDeleteOh, my. . . So sorry. . .
ReplyDeleteAnd, uh, just because I'm so fond of you - read my next post (due up Monday) at your own risk (uncanny timing; truly) . . .
Oo...nasty! Wisdom teeth are more trouble than they're worth!
ReplyDeleteOuch. I'm so sorry for you, Michelle. Hope you get it taken care of soon and start feeling better.
ReplyDeleteAww I'm sorry to hear about your wisdom tooth. Feel better soon! I'll be here when you get back.
ReplyDelete*Shudder* I hate dental issues! Hope you're all better by morning, my poor friend. (Two of my wisdom teeth play peek-a-boo all the time, up and down in the gums. Ain't it grand?)
ReplyDeleteoh no! i;m sorry to hear it, that's just damned unpleasant. feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteOh dear! I'm sending happy, feel-good-soon thoughts your way!
ReplyDeleteSorry dear Michelle, I hope you will get better soon.;)

Ouch! Definitely not fun! Good luck with that... maybe you can at least get some vicodin!
ReplyDeleteOoooh, I feel your pain, that sucks (um, er well maybe not, but you get what I mean). Poor hon. Try wine, it usually helps with most things. Hope it eases soon hon, that sounds nasty!
ReplyDeleteOh, Michelle...that's just horrible!!! I had impacted wisdom teeth removed...simply awful!! I do hope you get some relief soon!! Love you! Janine XO
ReplyDeleteOuch! Hope you feel better soon. I am so afraid this might happen to me. I have four impacted wisdom teeth. But, heck, I'm old now. Probably don't have to worry about it.
ReplyDeleteOh, Darlin', here's hoping you are able to keep the pain at bay. I know, from my own experience, that once a tooth starts aching, there is no way to deal with it for any appreciable long-term relief other than to see the dentist and get it worked on. And when you do, make sure you get the good meds, too.
